• We supply to European countries such as Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Finland, Greece, Italy, England, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Germany and Sweden.
• All tolls and taxes needed to receive the delivery must be covered by the buyer.
• In the territory of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, all goods are supplied through the courier Omniva SIA which is organised by SIA Dans G.
• Outside the territory of Latvia, the supply is via Omniva or Venipak courier which is provided by the company SIA Dans G.
• The purchased goods are taken to the buyer at the address specified for delivery in the territory of Latvia within 2-7 business days and within 7-12 business days in the territory of the European Union.
• In exceptional cases, we have the right to send goods up to 45 calendar days, informing the customer.
• Once the order is delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, it is considered accepted.

Returns & refunds

If the buyer is not satisfied with the quality of the purchased goods, he must inform Sencha.lv team within 48 hours of accepting the order. The buyer can inform the quality of the goods by calling +371 20219410 or e-mail [email protected].

• The goods should be returned in the original packaging with the attached documents. Before returning the goods, the buyer must contact the seller by calling +371 20219410 or e-mail [email protected]
• The buyer is responsible for packaging the goods he/she wants to return. If the goods are not properly wrapped, the seller is not obliged to accept the shipment that is returned.
• If the buyer wants to get a refund for an unsatisfactory purchase, he/she must submit a repayment request by e-mail. The request must include his name, order number, and information on what goods are returned and for what reason. The money will be returned within 14 business days to the buyer's Bank account from which the order was paid, after the buyer's request has been received both through email and physically. The money can also be retuned in sencha.lv website gift cards.
  
• The buyer must contact Sencha's online store team using the contacts specified. The buyer can only return the goods when he has received approval from an online store representative.

The procedure for settling disputes

In issues that are not addressed in these Terms and Conditions, the buyer and the seller undertake to comply with the laws and regulations in force regulated by the Republic of Latvia.

If a dispute arises between the seller and the buyer, it shall be resolved by a reference through a conversation or correspondence. If the dispute fails to be resolved or negotiated, the parties will resolve it in the Court of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes between the buyer and the seller may be referred to the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Center or the Courts of the Republic of Latvia.
